Appointment Policy

We will make every attempt to accomodate walk-in clients, however clients with appointments will be given priority. 

Emergency cases shall always receive top priority.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others:

• all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 
• all cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, cash and personal checks with valid ID.

Boarding Policy

For the protection of your pet and of all our boarding guests and hospitalized patients, pets in boarding must be current on vaccines and free from fleas and other contagious parasites.

Dogs must be current on: DHLPP, Bordatella (kennel cough) and Rabies. 

Cats must be current on: FVRCP and Rabies.

Surgery Policy

For the protection of your pet and our other pateints, he/she must be current on vaccines and free from fleas and other parasites prior to being admitted to the hospital.

Dogs must be current on: DHLPP, Bordatella (kennel cought) and Rabies.

Cats must be current on: FVRCP and Rabies.

If your pet is due for any of these vaccines, we are happy to administer them when they are admitted.
